ZYNTRA – TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Zyntra, a next-generation social network operated by BrainX Innovative Systems Ltd, a subsidiary of PreciousX Galactic Tech Ltd, with operations based in the United Kingdom and Nigeria. By accessing or using Zyntra on any platform (web or mobile app via Google Play, Apple App Store, or Huawei App Gallery), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Please read these Terms carefully. They govern your rights and responsibilities when using Zyntra. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or posting on Zyntra, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. These Terms may be updated from time to time at our discretion. Continued use of the service means you accept those changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your country, to use Zyntra. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have received parental or guardian consent.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information

  • Not impersonate others or use misleading identities

  • Notify Zyntra immediately of any unauthorized use

  • Take full responsibility for content posted under your account

4. Platform Use

You agree not to use Zyntra to:

  • Post content that is hateful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or illegal

  • Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property

  • Promote discrimination, violence, or harm

  • Spam, phish, or otherwise exploit users

  • Create fake accounts or manipulate engagement

  • Circumvent access controls or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the platform

5. User-Generated Content

Zyntra allows users to publish and share content including posts, videos, events, offers, job listings (WorkZYN), and courses (SkillZYN). You retain ownership of your content but grant Zyntra a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, display, distribute, and reproduce it for platform operation.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Content Moderation and Reporting

We use both automated tools and human moderators to maintain community standards. Content or users that violate our Community Guidelines or Content Moderation & Reporting Policy may be removed or suspended without notice. Users can report violations within the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, platform design, software, and core features are the intellectual property of Zyntra and its parent company BrainX. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any part of Zyntra’s branding or code without written permission.

8. Paid Services and Subscriptions

Zyntra offers both free and paid features, including:

  • Creator tools

  • Pro visibility boosts

  • SkillZYN course hosting

  • Advertising and sponsorship tools

  • Membership upgrades (Trial, Creator, Elite, Patron)

By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to our Refund Policy and authorize recurring billing unless canceled. Prices may change with prior notice.

9. Offers, Deals, and Fundraising

Zyntra’s "Deals" and "FundIt" features allow users and partners to promote offers or raise funds. All activities must comply with our rules and relevant financial or e-commerce regulations. Misuse of these tools may result in suspension.

10. WorkZYN and Job Listings

Zyntra users may post job opportunities and freelance gigs under WorkZYN. Employers must not post misleading job listings, and applicants are responsible for due diligence. Zyntra is not a party to any employment agreement.

11. SkillZYN Courses

Course creators on SkillZYN must comply with educational content policies, including accurate representations of course value, outcomes, and qualifications. Zyntra does not guarantee student results.

12. Honor System (Merits)

Zyntra includes a non-monetary social reward system called the Honor System, which allows users to recognize others for qualities like leadership, creativity, or helpfulness. Abuse of this feature may result in suspension of privileges.

13. Suspension & Termination

Zyntra may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms or Community Guidelines

  • Your account activity poses legal or security risks

  • Required by law enforcement or court order

We may also suspend accounts deemed inactive for extended periods.

14. Data Privacy

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Request Policy. Users have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal information.

15. Disclaimers

Zyntra is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • That the platform will always be available or error-free

  • That content will always be accurate or reliable

  • Any outcome from interactions, courses, jobs, or funding efforts

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zyntra and its affiliates will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, revenue, or reputation

  • Issues arising from third-party content or services linked via Zyntra

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and Nigeria, depending on your location and applicable jurisdiction. Any legal action must be initiated in a competent court in either jurisdiction.
