ZYNTRA DMCA / COPYRIGHT POLICY
Last Updated: March, 2025
Zyntra (“Zyntra”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws globally.
This Copyright Policy outlines how Zyntra handles claims of copyright infringement and sets forth the procedures for submitting notices and counter-notices.
1. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT NOTICES (DMCA TAKEDOWN NOTICE)
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, posted, or used on Zyntra in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a DMCA-compliant takedown notice to us.
To be effective, your notice must include the following:
-
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
-
Identification of the specific material on Zyntra that is claimed to be infringing, with information sufficient to allow us to locate the material (such as direct URL(s));
-
Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
-
A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
-
A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
-
Your electronic or physical signature.
Submit your DMCA notice to:
Email: [email protected]
Or via our online DMCA Request Portal: https://support.zyntra.social
2. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A NOTICE IS FILED?
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice:
-
We will promptly investigate and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
-
We may notify the user who posted the material that a takedown notice was received.
-
Repeat infringers’ accounts may be subject to termination at our sole discretion.
3. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us.
To be effective, your counter-notification must include:
-
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled;
-
The location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
-
Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
-
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
-
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country or, if outside your country, that you consent to jurisdiction in the United Kingdom or Nigeria (where Zyntra operates), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice or their agent;
-
Your electronic or physical signature.
Submit your counter-notification to:
Email: [email protected]
Or via our online DMCA Request Portal: https://support.zyntra.social
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not file a lawsuit within the legally required time period, we may restore the removed material.
4. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
Zyntra enforces a strict repeat infringer policy. Users who repeatedly post content that infringes the copyrights of others may have their accounts permanently suspended and may be prohibited from accessing the Zyntra platform.
