At Zyntra, we are building a space where people from all backgrounds, industries, and walks of life can connect, share knowledge, express ideas, and create opportunities. The Community Guidelines set the foundation for positive interactions and help ensure that Zyntra remains a safe, inclusive, and valuable platform for all users globally.

These guidelines apply to all content, behaviors, and interactions across Zyntra — including but not limited to public and private posts, comments, messages, videos, groups (Clubs), Hubs (Pages), Events (Pulse), Deals, WorkZYN, SkillZYN, Spaces (Lounge), and other features of the platform.

By using Zyntra, you agree to adhere to these guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable platform policies.

1. Respect and Civility

  • Treat all users with respect and dignity.

  • Do not engage in harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, intimidation, hate speech, or any form of personal attack.

  • Disagreements and debates are acceptable, but maintain a tone of civility and constructive discussion.

  • Do not post degrading or dehumanizing content about individuals or groups.

2. Hate Speech and Discrimination

  • Hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, medical conditions, caste, or any protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.

  • We do not tolerate any form of content or behavior that incites violence or hatred.

3. Violence, Threats, and Dangerous Behavior

  • Do not promote, glorify, or incite violence, self-harm, suicide, terrorism, or organized crime.

  • Threats of harm against others — even in jest — will not be tolerated.

  • Dangerous challenges, stunts, or encouragement of illegal or unsafe acts are prohibited.

4. Child Safety

  • Content that exploits, endangers, or depicts minors in an abusive, sexual, or otherwise harmful context is strictly forbidden and will be reported to relevant authorities.

  • Do not solicit personal information from minors or attempt to engage with them inappropriately.

5. Sexual Content and Nudity

  • Explicit adult content or pornography is prohibited on Zyntra’s public-facing areas.

  • Verified creators in designated areas (where permitted by law) may share certain adult-oriented content in accordance with applicable verification and monetization policies.

  • Non-consensual sharing of sexual content or private images is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property and Copyright

  • Respect intellectual property rights of others.

  • Do not upload, share, or distribute content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other legal rights without proper authorization.

  • Use Zyntra’s DMCA / Copyright Policy for reporting infringing content.

7. Spam, Scams, and Manipulation

  • Do not post spam or engage in platform manipulation.

  • Fake engagement (likes, followers, comments), clickbait, deceptive links, or repetitive unwanted messaging are prohibited.

  • Scams, pyramid schemes, phishing, and fraudulent offers are strictly banned.

  • Do not impersonate others (individuals or organizations).

8. Misinformation and Harmful Content

  • Do not post misinformation likely to cause physical, financial, or reputational harm.

  • Content promoting medical misinformation, conspiracy theories, or election interference is prohibited.

  • We prioritize the removal of misinformation that poses imminent real-world harm.

9. Financial Conduct

  • Any offers, fundraising, or business opportunities posted must comply with applicable laws and Zyntra’s Monetization Policy.

  • Content promoting fraudulent investment schemes, unlicensed financial products, or get-rich-quick scams will be removed.

  • Use Deals, WorkZYN, and FundIt features responsibly and truthfully.

10. Privacy and Personal Data

  • Respect the privacy of others.

  • Do not share personal information (such as home address, phone number, identification documents, private messages) without consent.

  • Posting "doxxing" content is strictly prohibited.

11. Authenticity and Identity

  • Users must provide accurate profile information.

  • While pseudonyms and handles are allowed, do not impersonate another person or entity.

  • Misrepresenting professional credentials or affiliations is prohibited.

12. Use of Automation and Bots

  • Unauthorized automation (bots, scripts, scrapers) is not allowed.

  • APIs and integrations must comply with Zyntra’s policies and terms.

13. Adult Content and Age Restrictions

  • Zyntra is intended for users aged 16 and above.

  • Certain features may have further age restrictions.

  • Verified users may have access to restricted content areas in accordance with platform and legal requirements.

14. Platform Integrity and Security

  • Do not attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt Zyntra systems or services.

  • Do not distribute malware or engage in activities designed to harm the platform or its users.

  • Reports of vulnerabilities should be submitted through responsible disclosure.

15. Moderation and Enforcement

  • Zyntra reserves the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these guidelines.

  • Enforcement may include warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, content removal, or legal reporting where applicable.

  • Repeat or egregious violations may lead to permanent removal from the platform.

16. Reporting Violations

  • Users are encouraged to report violations via built-in reporting tools or through https://support.zyntra.social.

  • Reports are reviewed carefully by our moderation team.

  • False reports intended to silence or harass other users are prohibited.

17. Evolving Guidelines

  • The online community and digital ecosystem evolve constantly.

  • Zyntra reserves the right to update these guidelines as necessary.

  • Users will be notified of material changes via appropriate channels.
