ZYNTRA AFFILIATE PROGRAM POLICY

1. Introduction

This Affiliate Program Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms, conditions, and guidelines governing participation in the Zyntra Affiliate Program (“Program”). The Program is operated by BrainX, with Zyntra as its independent brand and platform, a subsidiary of PreciousX, with operations in United Kingdom and Nigeria.

By participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to comply with this Policy and the Zyntra Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.

Zyntra reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically.

2. Purpose of the Program

The Zyntra Affiliate Program is designed to reward Affiliates who help drive new, high-quality users to the Zyntra ecosystem. By sharing your unique referral link and promoting Zyntra in an ethical manner, you can earn commissions based on the qualified activity of your referred users.

3. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to individuals aged 18 or older and legal entities.

  • You must have an active, verified Zyntra account to participate.

  • Affiliates are subject to approval. Zyntra reserves the right to approve or deny any applicant.

  • Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

4. How the Program Works

4.1. Referral Mechanism

  • Affiliates will receive a unique referral link upon approval.

  • This link may be shared on websites, blogs, email newsletters, social channels, or other lawful marketing channels.

4.2. Referral Qualification

A referred user must:

  • Sign up for a verified Zyntra account through your link.

  • Be a new user (first-time signup, not previously registered).

  • Complete required steps (such as profile setup, verification if required, or subscription if applicable).

4.3. Eligible Actions & Earnings

You may earn commissions based on:

  • Referral of new Pro members (users who purchase a paid subscription).

  • Referral of users who make purchases within the Zyntra ecosystem (Deals, Pulse events, FundIt contributions, monetized content, etc.).

  • Referral of verified creators who generate revenue.

  • Other qualified actions as defined by Zyntra (to be communicated to Affiliates).

Specific earnings rates and commission structures may vary over time and will be disclosed in your Affiliate dashboard.

5. Commission Structure

  • The commission percentage, tiers, and payout thresholds will be defined in your Affiliate dashboard and may vary based on:

    • Your Affiliate level.

    • The type of referral action.

    • Promotions or seasonal campaigns.

    • Currency and country considerations.

  • Zyntra reserves the right to adjust commission rates.

6. Payouts

6.1. Payment Methods

  • Payouts will be made through supported methods such as:

    • Stripe

    • PayPal

    • Paveway Wallet

    • Crypto (when applicable and in compliance with local laws)

    • Bank Transfer (where available)

    • Flutterwave (for applicable countries)

    • 2Checkout (as appropriate)

6.2. Payout Conditions

  • Minimum payout threshold: $10 USD.

  • Payments will be made monthly or based on a published payout schedule.

  • Payouts are subject to fraud checks, account verification, and compliance review.

  • Zyntra reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates may NOT:

  • Engage in spam (email spam, social spam, or otherwise).

  • Use misleading or deceptive marketing tactics.

  • Represent themselves as official Zyntra employees or representatives.

  • Promote Zyntra on unauthorized platforms (such as sites promoting hate, violence, illegal activity, adult-only content unless verified within Zyntra’s own systems).

  • Engage in cookie stuffing or other fraudulent tracking methods.

  • Engage in self-referrals or circular activity solely for commission gain.

Violation of these terms may result in:

  • Immediate termination from the Affiliate Program.

  • Forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

  • Account suspension on Zyntra.

8. Relationship of the Parties

  • Participation in the Program does not establish any employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Zyntra/BrainX/PreciousX.

  • Affiliates are independent marketers.

9. Confidentiality

Affiliates may not share:

  • Internal Program details.

  • Non-public Zyntra announcements.

  • Unreleased features or tools.
    Without written approval from Zyntra.

10. Taxes & Legal Compliance

  • Affiliates are solely responsible for:

    • Complying with tax laws in their jurisdictions.

    • Reporting and paying any taxes on commissions earned.

    • Providing accurate tax documentation when required (such as W-9, W-8BEN, etc.).

11. Termination

  • You may terminate participation at any time by closing your Zyntra account or by contacting [email protected].

  • Zyntra reserves the right to terminate participation at any time for cause (violation of terms, fraudulent activity, or inactivity).

12. Updates to This Policy

  • Zyntra reserves the right to update this Policy at any time.

  • Changes will be posted here and may also be communicated via email or in-platform notice.

  • Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
