Zyntra Monetization Policy

Zyntra provides members with a range of tools and opportunities to generate income through content creation, services, community building, education, and commerce. The Monetization Policy outlines the rules, guidelines, and obligations for members participating in monetization activities across the platform.

This Policy is part of Zyntra’s broader Terms of Service and is designed to ensure a safe, transparent, and compliant environment for creators, businesses, and audiences. All users engaging in monetization must comply with this policy, as well as applicable laws and regulations.

1. Scope of Monetization on Zyntra

Zyntra offers diverse monetization channels, including:

• Deals (Offers and Discounted Services)

• WorkZYN (Freelance and Job Opportunities)

• SkillZYN (Paid Courses and Educational Content)

• FundIt (Crowdfunding and Community Funding)

• Pulse (Events) (Paid Events, Ticketing)

• Hubs (Business, Creator, or Community Pages with monetized content or services)

• Tips (Voluntary tips from users to creators)

• Paid Posts and Exclusive Content (Subscribers-only or paid posts in the social network)

• Honor System (Non-monetary social recognition — not a financial transaction)

Zyntra may add or remove monetization features at its discretion.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To monetize on Zyntra, users must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.

• Have a verified account where applicable (Verification Rules apply).

• Comply with Zyntra’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Verification Rules, and this Monetization Policy.

• Complete all required identity checks and provide accurate tax and payment information.

• Be legally entitled to receive funds under local laws (for example, residents of sanctioned countries may be restricted).

Zyntra reserves the right to set additional eligibility criteria for specific features (e.g. subscriber tools, marketplaces, tipping).

3. Monetization Standards

Content, services, and activities that are monetized on Zyntra must meet the following standards:

✅ Authenticity & Transparency

• You must clearly represent your content and offers.

• No misleading advertising, clickbait, scams, fake engagement, or deceptive sales tactics.

✅ Originality & Ownership

• You must own or have the right to monetize the content or service.

• No unauthorized use of copyrighted material or intellectual property.

✅ Compliance with Law

• Monetized content must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

• Illegal content, products, or services cannot be monetized.

✅ Safe & Respectful Community

• Content must not promote violence, hate, harassment, or discrimination.

• Monetized interactions must respect user privacy and dignity.

✅ No Prohibited Categories
The following categories cannot be monetized on Zyntra:

• Explicit adult content (pornography, explicit sexual services)

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances

• Weapons and explosives

• Gambling (without prior written approval and legal compliance)

• Counterfeit goods

• Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing

• Financial products without proper regulatory licenses

4. Fees, Payouts, and Taxes

• Platform Fees
  Zyntra applies a platform fee to various monetization activities. Current fees are disclosed during the monetization setup process or within each tool (WorkZYN, SkillZYN, FundIt, etc.).

• Payment Processing Fees
  Additional transaction fees may be charged by payment providers (Stripe, Flutterwave, Crypto gateways, 2Checkout, PayPal, Paveway).

• Payout Timing
  Payouts are subject to processing times, fraud review, and local banking restrictions. Zyntra is not responsible for delays outside of its control.

• Currency
  Payouts will typically be made in USD, local currency, or cryptocurrency depending on the user’s settings and region.

• Taxes
  Creators and sellers are responsible for determining and paying their own taxes. Zyntra may be required to report earnings to tax authorities or withhold taxes as required by law.

5. Content Review & Moderation

Zyntra reserves the right to review monetized content and activities at any time.

We may:

• Suspend or disable monetization tools if we find violations.

• Remove specific posts, content, or offerings.

• Suspend or terminate accounts in serious cases.

Appeals processes are available, but the final decision on eligibility for monetization rests with Zyntra.

6. Transparency to Users

Creators and sellers must be transparent about:

• Prices, subscription terms, refund policies, and charges.

• Whether content is paid, promotional, or sponsored.

• The use of third-party links or external offers.

Users must not use monetization features to deceive or exploit others.

7. Changes to the Policy

Zyntra may update this Monetization Policy as the platform evolves.

We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of monetization features constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
